Cregis will participate in Singapore FinTech Festival 2026 from November 18 to 20 at Singapore EXPO. The enterprise digital asset payment and wallet infrastructure provider will meet financial institutions, payment companies and industry partners to exchange practical perspectives on bringing digital assets into financial services. Drawing on experience supporting payment providers, Cregis will explore how businesses can connect onchain capabilities to existing operations with appropriate controls over funds.

Connecting Financial Innovation with Business Operations

Singapore continues to bring financial institutions and technology companies together to explore tokenisation and digital money settlement. For payment businesses serving Asian and international markets, introducing a new payment method also requires changes to how funds are processed and managed behind the scenes. Singapore FinTech Festival connects financial institutions, regulators, technology providers and investors, offering a setting to examine these operational questions alongside financial innovation. Cregis looks forward to understanding the needs of payment providers expanding into digital assets and sharing experience from integration through to day-to-day use.

Digital Asset Infrastructure for Payment Providers

Cregis already provides digital asset infrastructure to payment service providers. Many have established networks of bank transfer and local payment channels and use Cregis to extend their services into digital asset collections and payouts. Payment Engine supports stablecoin and other digital asset payments, with tracking and reconciliation to connect customer transactions with back-office fund management. WaaS provides the underlying wallet and onchain capabilities, which businesses can integrate through APIs and SDKs. Providers can build on their existing customer relationships and operational systems while reducing the work required to develop blockchain infrastructure themselves.

Addressing Onchain Risk Before Funds Move Further

Businesses entering digital assets from traditional payments or Web2 services face risks that may be unfamiliar to their teams. A confirmed transfer can still carry exposure to stolen assets, fraud or sanctioned addresses. If funds are consolidated without screening, that exposure can extend to a pooled wallet and subsequent transfers, potentially prompting additional checks or restrictions from counterparties. Cregis combines KYT transaction screening with automated risk policies so businesses can define how flagged activity is handled. Depending on configured rules, the system can block onward transfers within controlled workflows, route activity for review or isolate affected addresses from routine processing. These measures govern business operations; they do not reverse completed blockchain transfers or prevent every unsolicited deposit. Alongside MPC self-custody, permissions and approvals, they help enterprises establish practical controls that support their compliance processes.

At SFF, Cregis looks forward to discussing the operational needs behind digital asset adoption and exploring infrastructure approaches with businesses and industry partners. Visit the Cregis team at Booth 4B19.
